Come along and learn practical advice all general aspects of pruning to increase your fruit production and control the shape of trees. Hands on emphasis will include shaping of young pip and stone fruit trees as well as tip pruning of mature pip and stone fruit. Please bring a pair of secateurs and loppers if you have them. A pruning saw is also helpful. If the weather isn’t good on 25 July, the rain date will be 01 August.
The course is held offsite at Triangle Park Teaching Garden, 385 Don Buck Road, Massey, Auckland 0614. It is beside the Community Centre.
