Partners Kay, Marcus, Courtenay and Matthew want to ensure that accessing quality healthcare will be easier for you and your family. To achieve this they have sought out like minded support staff, offer extended opening hours, use innovative IT systems, ensure consistency of Doctors and are centrally located in the heart of the community.
Here’s a few other things we are doing:
We open at 7am every weekday to give an opportunity for working adults to attend or bring their children before work as well as two 7pm finishes.
We book a standard 20 minute appointment so that we can work with you to ensure the safest and most appropriate care is given to you and your family.
We operate an open notes system through the Health365 patient portal. Here you can read your clinical notes and write in questions to your Doctor or Nurse, request repeat prescriptions and monitor your schedule of annual screening.
We offer Community Service Card holders and their dependents, those of Maori and Pacific Islanders descent and those identified as living in quintile 5 streets low cost access to our services.
