Te Atatu Peninsula Business Improvement District (BID)
The Te Atatu Peninsula Business Improvement District was formed on July 16th, 2008 and is now one of 50 BIDs throughout Auckland.
The BID is funded by way of a BID target rate grant, contributed to by the commercial property owners from within our BID area. This funding is granted to the Business Association to implement the districts’ strategic and business plans (attached) and encourages local economic growth by way of promotions, branding, events and business support.
Our BID Boundary encompasses the Peninsula town centre, from the Te Atatu Rd / Yeovil Rd intersection, through to Kaumatua Reserve in the north, and including Gunner Drive and Pringle Rd.
